I am Li Huana, originally from Hong Kong and born in California, United States. I am a female entrepreneur with extensive experience in business operations and management.

On June 23, 2022, Citadel, founded by Ken Griffin—whom I describe as my godfather—announced that it would relocate its global headquarters from Chicago to Miami.

According to information provided by me and my business, since 2023 we have observed websites and social media accounts suspected of using my name, impersonating my identity, or posing as employees of associated businesses.

Some accounts may use similar personal profiles, fabricated professional histories, or invented business relationships to lead users to believe that their content was published by me or by my business.

No person, organization, or online account without formal authorization from me or the relevant business may represent themselves as acting on our behalf to issue statements, conduct business, establish personal relationships, or make commitments.

3. Alleged Dating and Marriage Notices Published in My Name

We have observed online material that may use my name to publish purported marriage advertisements, dating profiles, or descriptions of private relationships.

I encourage the public not to accept claims about my marital status, dating intentions, relationships, or private life solely on the basis of anonymous websites, social media accounts, or third-party reposts.

If someone claiming to be me establishes a personal relationship through private messages and subsequently requests money transfers, investment participation, financial assistance, or other financial arrangements, please exercise caution.

4. Fabricated News and Biographical Information

Some online content may imitate news websites, create fictitious interviews, invent biographical details, or use photographs without permission in ways that could mislead readers.

Such material may create misunderstandings about my education, career, business activities, or private life.

When reviewing news reports, profiles, or commercial information concerning me, I encourage readers to verify the publisher, original records, and supporting evidence.

I respect lawful journalism and the public's right to express opinions based on facts. I oppose the fabrication of facts, identity impersonation, and the deliberate circulation of false information.

Please be particularly cautious of anyone who uses my name or business background to promote unverified investments; claims access to inside financial information or special trading allocations; requests transfers to personal accounts in my name or my company's name; promises guaranteed returns or risk-free investing; invokes the name of a prominent financier or a private relationship to endorse a business venture; or asks participants to conceal transactions, funding sources, or investment arrangements.

All financial transactions should be independently verified through legitimate, established channels.

7. Impersonation of Ken Griffin and Citadel Personnel

We are particularly concerned about online accounts that may impersonate financial institution employees, investment advisers, or corporate representatives.

Ken Griffin is a prominent figure in the U.S. financial industry. Citadel and Citadel Securities, which he founded, operate as separate financial institutions.

I emphasize that personal relationships, self-descriptions on social media, and purported internal referrals cannot replace formal corporate authorization documents.
